Gaucho de Argentina has always had the dream of being a full-time wholesale manufacturing company….since 2013 when we began this journey…Old town Erie has been a stepping stone in this dream and we are so very grateful to all of you empanada lovers!!

Starting September 1, 2019 we will be reducing our storefront hours to concentrate on this next step, production for our wholesale customers. Many of you know who they are and have made this dream possible!

Our own Shell Station (Stop ‘n Save) in Erie, Lulu’s Farm in Brighton, Lucky’s Market in Boulder and Longmont, Le Frigo (also in Boulder), ShortStop in Boulder and Evans…Coming soon Outworld Brewing in Longmont and others soon to be announced!

We are sure, as with all change, we will have some growing pains but hope that you wish us well on this journey!
