If you’re ever have a craving for homemade, flaky empanadas… look no further! They sell them hot M-F or you can take a half dozen home to bake them. My fiance loves the chorizo&egg, meanwhile I love the spinach&cheese or beef flavor. You can buy a mixed pack to go and they bake up very nicely! It’s a big snow storm today and I was so happy I had a half dozen in my freezer ready to bake for lunch. After talking to the owner, these recipes come from their family in Argentina.
